We require an upfront deposit to begin work on most projects, with the remainder due upon project completion or according to the payment schedule agreed upon. Payments can be made through the methods specified in the invoice.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of our services, clients must provide timely access to any necessary content, information, or materials. Delays in delivering these materials may result in delays in the project timeline.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared between Optimax Agency and the client will remain strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business data to any third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.
5. Project Timeline
We will work diligently to meet the timelines provided, but timelines may shift due to delays in receiving required materials, client feedback, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant delays will be communicated promptly.
6. Revisions and Feedback
We strive for excellence and aim to meet or exceed your expectations. If revisions are needed, they will be handled promptly within the agreed-upon scope. Excessive revisions outside the initial agreement may be subject to additional charges.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for any completed work up to the point of termination. Any remaining balance will be settled accordingly.
8. Ownership of Deliverables
Upon final payment, all completed work (e.g., website, marketing campaigns, SEO reports) will be owned by the client, except for any third-party materials or software that are used in the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
Optimax Agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
10. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Optimax Agency from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as applicable.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update our terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and become effective immediately upon posting.
